Anoosha Sourcing Ltd. have a fully independent, dedicated third-party Audits & Inspections farm,
providing Audits & Quality Inspections for buyers and importers in Asia and European countries on-site on behalf of our customers.
At this moment, our expertise covers a large scale of textile products as well as other products exported from Bangladesh. Our quality inspections are performed according to the international standard for quality control, which is followed by ISO ANSI ASQC Z1.4 – ISO 2859 – MIL STD 105E.
Our mission is to provide them with authentic, natural, and accurate information on their production and order based on on-site observation.
We are able to send an inspector anywhere in Bangladesh to your factory within 48H and return to you an inspection report within 24H. Our dedicated team will become a part of your team. It will work closely with you to provide properly defined projects, including specific goals, milestones, agendas, status reports and action items to ensure you have the tools at your fingertips to make the decisions you need for your Company.

Inspection content: Below are listed the different steps followed by our inspector when inspecting your goods during the Inspection:
1/ Quantity: Quantity of finished, semi-finished and packed products, Quantity of cartons.
2/ Outlook, Styling, Color, measurement, Weight and fabric content.
3/List of workmanship defects, rate of defects found, and severity of defects.
4/ Some common functional tests of the products, Special tests required by our clients.
5/ Packing & Packaging, Appearance, Material, Dimension, Weight, Sealing materials
6/ Marking and Labeling, Stickers, Logo, Bar code, shipping mark.
Booking system prior inspection: Upon receiving the confirmed booking 48H before your inspection, provide all details of the products, such as style details, logo description, packing details, etc. Our inspector will be on-site from 9 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, and will check your products most efficiently to find out the defects and provide our client with the report consistency.
Inspection Fees and Charges: The charges on a daily basis and products to products are not the same. Basically, on average, USD $195 per person-day will come. Extra options available beside this service: Paper report: + US$ 25, Extra report: + US$ 25. Free of charge:

Factory Audit:
Factory Audit (FA): A Simple Factory Audit (SFA) should be performed before placing an order with a new vendor, and it only takes one day. The Simple Factory Audit in Bangladesh is done at your potential manufacturer’s premises or anywhere in Bangladesh. This audit is a routine audit to check the factory status, which should be done every year.
Procedure: When a new order is going to be placed into a factory which was not listed or the factory status is unknown to the client, then the client can book an SFA through the AAS website. AAS will allocate the auditor immediately upon receiving a confirmed audit order from the client.
Audit content: The listed steps will be followed by our auditor when auditing your factory:
- Factory location, area, and factory building condition with layout approval.
- All legal documents check for validity.
- Factory worker quantity, production process, management system.
- Annual turnover, other client lists.
- Produced item, production capacity, monitoring and condition.
- Import and export license check etc.
Booking System prior to inspection: Upon receiving a confirmed booking 48H before the audit, by providing supplier details, our auditor will be on site on the appointed day and will audit your factory in the most efficient way to give a clear concept of the factory.

This process happens mainly before placing an order during the sourcing operation. It allows you to verify, evaluate and qualify a vendor before involving money. This service is offered at the manufacturer’s premises.
Procedure: AAS will allocate an auditor immediately upon receiving a confirmed audit order from the client.

AAS offers to perform a social audit in Bangladesh in order to verify whether suppliers meet the required social compliance standards according to SA 8000 international standards. We have a separate design department that offers design projects. The designers create designs according to customer requirements and develop new designs in line with current market trends to offer to customers.

Our team analyzes international fashion forecasts and creates mood boards to predict upcoming trends and anticipate them for quick sourcing. We are also very active in finding solutions and alternatives to lower the price offered while maintaining the desired look.

Production & Quality Assurance
AAS Sourcing, a premier apparel sourcing company in Bangladesh, promises to deliver the product at a competitive price, with the right quality, and at the right time. We monitor and conduct inspections at various stages to maintain and ensure the quality of the products as per our customer’s AQL level and quality standards. Based on the quality standards of our customers, we create a separate quality manual and SOP for strict follow-up.

Cost Re-engineering Support
We select the most suitable factory to fulfil the customer’s products and quality, keeping cost in mind. We always offer our customers a DTC (Design to Cost) proposal if the styling expected by the customer does not meet the targeted FOB price. Without major styling changes, our product development team offers DTC to achieve the expected target prices.
As part of the re-engineering process, our Industrial Engineering Team always analyzes SMV, productivity, efficiency, and production layout to get better value from production.
Audits & Compliance Support

We have our own Compliance Department that constantly evaluates the factories and provides them with mandatory follow-up improvements ( CAP). Shipping & Logistics Support
“AAS” can provide a one-stop service for logistics from the factory to our customer’s warehouse. We have carefully selected a world-class freight forwarder, and C&F can provide you with this unique door-to-door logistics service.
It goes without saying that “AAS” is also happy to work with any freight forwarder and C&F agent selected by the customer. Our logistics staff will work closely with both the forwarder and the factory to ensure that the goods are delivered without any problems.
Our logistics staff will also ensure that all export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, are forwarded from factories to the customer in a timely manner.
